The person who made that sign got Cs in grammar for sure — seeing as how C’s is not correct. Drives me nuts!
Why not?
A plural never gets an apostrophe. Apostrophes are for contractions and, in most cases, to show possession. The exception to possession is pronouns (My, your, his, hers, etc).
The rule changes for characters and acronyms though.
It only changes in the case that the acronym includes punctuation. (i.e., B.S.’s, Ph.D’s). Cs is the correct form here.
Wow, I’m gonna get so many free cupcakes!
Not any more … It’s expired …
What happens if a busty young woman brings her report card and the coupon? “I’ve got my report card, and I’ve got two C’s, right here on my chest …”
And I guess there’s nothing for the A students. Rip off! After all that hard work, no cupcakes …
How sad is that? And why am I not surprised? ~.~
Ooo! Does that mean I can get a dozen for all the F’s I got!? (I was too lazy to care about my work though I Aced the big tests)

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/Mickey-goodman/are-we-raising-a-generati_b_1249706.html Article on raising a generation of failures.
George Carlin hit the nail directly on the head:
“Your child is ‘minimally exceptional’.” “Thank God, we thought he was as dumb as a bunch of rocks.”
“You were the last winner!”
Also his comment about playing with sticks.
And let’s repeal “No Child Left Behind”, and replace it with something like, “Didn’t Learn? Guess What, You Gotta Do It All Over Again.”
Mediocrity? Where I come from, a C is bad.
